RETURN POLICY

Wild Coast Running Company Return & Exchange Policy
At Wild Coast Running Company, we are dedicated to providing a personalized and professional shoe-fitting experience. Because we spend an average of 35 minutes with each customer to ensure proper fit, we take returns seriously and handle them with care and fairness.
 
🛍️ Return Eligibility
 

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• All returns are issued as in-store credit (no cash or card refunds), or product exchange.

• A $60 restocking fee will be applied to all returned items, including special orders.

• In the event a cash refund is made on a return, a $60 restocking fee will be applied to that transaction.

✔️ Eligible for Return (Subject to $60 Restocking Fee)

• Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with original packaging and sales receipt.

• Special-order items (products not regularly carried in-store) are eligible only if unworn and in original packaging with sales receipt.​

❌ Not Eligible for Return

• Items that show visible signs of wear or use beyond basic try-on.

• Items returned without original packaging or significantly altered from their original condition.

• Discounted or sale items – these are FINAL SALE, with no returns, exchanges, or store credit.

• Gift Certificates are final sale and not replaceable if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Wild Coast Running Company, including:
​

• Determining whether an item is unworn, gently used, or worn

• Assessing return eligibility

• Issuing store credit accordingly
   

Our goal is to be fair and customer-focused, while protecting the integrity of our custom fitting service and inventory.
