WILD COAST RUNNING COMPANY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Wild Coast Running Company, we are dedicated to providing a personalized and professional shoe-fitting experience. Because we spend an average of 35 minutes with each customer to ensure proper fit, we take returns seriously and handle them with care and fairness.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • All approved returns are issued as in-store credit  or product exchange.

  • A $60 restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns of special order items and any return issued as a cash refund

RETURN CONDITIONS

✔️ Eligible for Return 

  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that show visible signs of wear or use beyond basic try-on.

  • Special-order items 

  • Items returned without original packaging or in altered condition

  • Discounted or sale items – these are FINAL SALE, with no returns, exchanges, or store credit.

  • Gift Certificates ( final sale; not redeemable for cash or replacement  if lost or stolen)

RETURN REVIEW & DISCUSSION

Returns must be completed in-store.

All returns are evaluated at the discretion of Wild Coast Running Company.  We reserve the right to determine item condition and return eligibility.

Wild Coast Running Company reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions above. 
We also reserve the right to amend, update, or change this return policy at any time, without prior notice.
